Kinetin (6-KT) is a purine plant endogenous hormone, which can be absorbed by leaves, stems, cotyledons and germinated seeds of crops, it moves slowly in plants. Suggest use it with other stimulator together.

1. Promote cell division, differentiation and growth, and thus enhance germination and fruit setting.

2. Used in plant tissue culture, induce callus initiation and to regenerate shoot tissues from callus (with lower auxin concentration) .

3. Applied in plants, reduce apical dominance, break lateral bud dormancy, promote flower bud formation and blooming; retard aging.
